پاکستان کے آئین Article 75 کے تحت صدر کی منظوری سے یہ قانون نافذ ہوا۔
“Under the Christian Marriage (Amendment) Act, 2024, Section 60 of the Christian Marriage Act, 1872 has been amended to set the minimum legal age of marriage at eighteen (18) years for both males and females.”
