You are not entitled to cancel your order after confirmation of order without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 1 day from the date you confirmed the deal.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

رضامندی: دونوں فریق، دولہا اور دلہن کو شادی میں داخل ہونے کے لیے اپنی آزاد اور رضاکارانہ رضامندی فراہم کرنی ہوگی۔ ان کی قانونی عمر ہونی چاہیے، جو پاکستان میں مردوں اور عورتوں دونوں کے لیے 18 سال ہے۔ یہ نوٹ کرنا ضروری ہے کہ کچھ معاملات میں، 18 سال سے کم عمر کے افراد کے لیے اضافی دستاویزات یا رضامندی درکار ہو سکتی ہے۔
دستاویزات: عدالتی شادی کے عمل کے لیے درکار دستاویزات، جن میں عام طور پر شامل ہیں:

نکاح نامہ: کورٹ میرج کے بعد نکاح نامہ کی نقل موقع پر فراہم کی جائے گی۔ نکاح نامہ متعلقہ یونین کونسل بعد میں جاری کرے گا۔ یہ سرٹیفکیٹ شادی کے قانونی ثبوت کے طور پر کام کرتا ہے۔ شادی کے سرٹیفکیٹ کی متعدد کاپیاں حاصل کرنے کی سفارش کی جاتی ہے، کیونکہ ان کی ضرورت مختلف مقاصد کے لیے ہو سکتی ہے جیسے کہ امیگریشن، ویزا کی درخواستیں، اور سرکاری دستاویزات پر ازدواجی حیثیت کو تبدیل کرنا۔

In Pakistan, even though the literacy rate is gradually increasing, many are involved in suppressing the free will of adults. In this situation, court marriage remains an option in which each affected couple brings themselves to a legal protection and comes to a lasting solution.
Many people dislike court marriage and think that court marriage is the name of running away from home while this is not the case at all.
There are many reasons for court marriage nowadays, one of the reasons is that the desire and greed for dowry has increased in the society to such an extent that children pass their marriageable age and many children become victims of promiscuity.
Some people also opt for court marriage to facilitate obtaining a visa abroad.
Pakistani law and Muhammadan Sharia allow any adult, sane couple to marry of their own free will. However, in every society there may be some customs and practices which slightly undermine this basic right of adult and mature couple.

Generally the following documents may be required in a specific situation.
Any identity document which may prove the identity including the age of document bride and groom. i.e CNIC or Form-B or Birth certificate if nothing is available 6 passport photos of each.
Divorce certificate if bride is divorced.

How to get court marriage?

Provide the required basic identity documents. I.e. CNIC or Form B
Get time and date when you want to visit Court for court marriage.

Please bring two witnesses ( if you don’t have witnesses, we may provide witnesses)
Nikah will be done in the presence of witnesses and appointed wakil (if required)
Signature and Thumb impressions will be taken on the documents.
Nikahnama will be registered. One copy of Nikahnama will be provided on the spot.
After they get their marriage done and if the couple face or expected to face any threat of doing this marriage, bride may be presented before the magistrate for her private complaint for Prosecution under section 506/452 of the Pakistan Penal Code.( if required)
Computerized Marriage registration certificate (MRC) which also known as NADAR marriage certificate will be issued within 3 to 5 days.
